SHIPPING POLICIES
We take 1-3 days to process your order, but we might take longer during busy periods. Your local shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
We only ship to PR & USA
PACKAGES STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST
We understand that having a package stolen or lost can be upsetting, unfortunately Top Tier cannot be held responsible.
Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.
If a package has been delivered to the shipping address that you provided at checkout, we are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is lost in transit, which is very unusual, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case you should reach out to USPS directly.
PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS?
If USPS tracking shows they attempted delivery, you must first call the carrier and provide either another secure address, or inform them that you will pick up the parcel at the closest post office to your delivery address.
- All sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE
- Unworn items are eligible for exchange or store credit (NO MONEY RETURNS) for up to 14 days with proof of purchase and original packaging
- Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached
- We accept an exchange of a different item as long as it is the same price. If it is a higher price, you would need to pay the difference.
- Your store credit will need to be used completely in this new purchase. The new items will be a final sale.
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
- Store credit is granted is valid for 30 days once we receive the package
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns/exchanges.
- Bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL SALE.
- Pieces with rhinestones, sequins or attachments (glued or sewn) are also final sale and won't be available for return.
- To request a return, you can contact us through email or DM for your exchange request to be approved.
